Please retry the action to see if the issue resolves itself.
If the issue persists, please try the below steps:
- Verify that the media library paths are valid and accessible
- Clear out the temporary transcoding folder ([APP_PATH/.p5/transcode])
- Reset the metadata database. You can do that by stopping the server and deleting the p5db folder within the application path. Restart the server and complete the first run setup
- The database can also be reset by going to the settings page and selecting/inputting true for the init setting and hitting the update button
